To initiate any return, refund, or replacement request, customers must contact us directly. Requests will only be processed after you get in touch with our support team via WhatsApp or email. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products
We accept returns or offer replacements if your item arrives damaged or defective. If you simply changed your mind or are unhappy with the product, you may still reach out to us—such cases are reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery, as it helps us verify issues quickly and process your request smoothly. If an unboxing video is not available, you may still contact us, and we will do our best to assist you based on the information provided.
Return Window & Eligibility
All return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for processing.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition
- Missing, altered, or damaged components may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return
We cover the return shipping cost (RTO) for all approved returns. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that custom-made or personalized products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Such cases are evaluated individually.
