All our wall art orders are produced and dispatched within 1–3 working days from our facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link by SMS or email. We ship Pan-India and also offer international delivery; however, shipping rates and timelines for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing procedures.
Within India, deliveries typically take 3–7 working days after dispatch, although remote locations may require additional time. For prepaid orders, shipping is completely free, while Cash on Delivery orders include a small additional charge of ₹40. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. We fulfill orders using trusted courier partners through Shiprocket (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees), ensuring reliable and safe delivery.
Whenever possible, we try to pack multiple items within the same order into a single package to simplify delivery and reduce the risk of damage. However, due to size variations, packaging safety needs, or courier restrictions, it may not always be feasible. In such cases, your order may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
All orders come with real-time tracking, and any updates or delays are reflected directly on the courier’s tracking page. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will reship the order once at no additional cost after reconfirming the details with you. If you choose to cancel after the RTO, prepaid shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the damage and packaging are required for verification, and providing an unboxing video can help speed up the replacement process significantly. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost. For international customers, certain countries may charge customs or import duties upon arrival; these fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
