3. Returns & Replacements: We’re committed to ensuring a smooth and fair return process. Here’s how it works:

• If your product arrives damaged, we recommend recording an unboxing
  video to help verify the issue.
• If you did not record a video, don't worry — simply contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
• If you change your mind or don’t like the product, please reach out to us — we’ll evaluate such returns on a case-by-case basis.
• All return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• We will bear the return shipping (RTO) cost.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If any part is missing or damaged, a partial refund may apply.

4. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After that, cancellations may not be accepted if your product is already being prepared or shipped.
